Attorney Kim Trupiano practices in criminal and juvenile defense, immigration and removal, and post-conviction relief. She is licensed to practice in state, federal and appellate courts of Utah. Her established and growing law practice serves individuals and corporations in the Salt Lake City area and statewide.
After a distinguished military career as U.S. Army linguist, Kim traveled across America as an over-the-road truck driver. She earned her law degree from Brigham Young University and worked as a law clerk in Germany for an international law firm before opening her own practice in Utah.
Ms. Trupiano is admitted to practice in all courts of Utah, U.S. District Court (Utah, Arizona), the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (immigration court), and Board of Immigration Appeals. She has argued cases on appeal in state and federal courts. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association (Criminal Justice Section), Utah State Bar (Litigation Section), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (UACDL).
